
2 lbs fresh trimmed green beans, cut in half
5 strips bacon, cooked and chopped
1 dozen cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup fresh chopped flat leaf parsley
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
salt
fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
Blanch green beans in salted water until firm cooked, about 5 minutes.
Add ingredients until cheese. Salt and pepper to taste, toss with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
